  • Delegate Fee is exclusive of Visa & Accommodation. Delegates can opt Visa & Accommodation packages available with the organizers or can book directly with the hotels. Online Delegate Registration Procedure:

  • Click on Delegate Sign Up or Delegate Registration on the home page of www.ayushdubai.org
  • Fill in the delegate form; * marked fields are mandatory; click Proceed to Pay. Make sure to use separate email ids for each & new registration.
  • If you have previously attempted registering with your email id, a user name and password should have already issued to your given email id. The system may not accept re-registration with same email id. Log in (at the homepage, right top corner) with the user name for payment and for submission of papers or simply click on “Click and Activate your account” in the email to log in. If you have not received such an email, you may use an alternate email id for re-registration.
  • Once you click Proceed to Pay, you will get a welcome message with registration number along with 2 options – Make Payment & Call for Paper. An email with “Click and Activate your account” shall be sent simultaneously with your email id (which is the Username), Password & Registration number. You can use this for future Delegate Log in from the homepage (right top corner) or simply click on “Click and Activate your account” in the email to log in.
  • Make Payment: Make payment through bank transfer to the above account; scan and attach the copy of the payment slip. Our Delegate office shall reconfirm the receipt of payment in 2-3 days.
  • Call for Paper: There is no additional fee involved for submission of paper abstracts
